Microlife Consumer Medical Products

Have worked on a number of products for the Microlife brand, many of which were destined for sale at Costco, CVS, Walgreens and Walmart. Starting with concepts for various consumer-level blood pressure monitors and thermometers, also developed a blood-pressure cuff featuring the innovative BOA lace system for ease of use.

With the need for new injection-mold tooling, I was tasked to create an all-new plastic enclosure for the BodyGem metabolic rate device. Due to software restrictions, it was imperative that certain aspects of the design were adhered to while updating the overall aesthetic. Provided 3D printed samples to test for fit and supplied final tooling files.
